I have always felt that at NNR i am underpaid. I believe i can get more else where. Thus, on Monday, 25 June 2007, i went for the interview. They said they will get back to me by wednesday. Therefore when wednesday passed by and i received no calls, i assume that i din got the job.
But to my surprise, i actually i received a call from Agility today to inform me that i got the job as Marketing Coordinator. My jobscope were administartive work and events management. Cool isn't it? It sure is something i have interest in.
Therefore i decided to tender my resination today. I passed the letter that i already had prepared earlier to my Asst Manager. He gave me a worried look and ask me whats the content of the letter. I juz smiled at him and he said that he dun feel good abt dis...he den left the office and head towards my manager's office. When he came back, he said that my manager wanted to see me.
I was feeling scared i dunno why...i walked lowly to his office and at the same time imagine all the question he will ask me and i began to prepare my dialogue so that i am able to answer him later.
We had a long chat....he tries to change my decision...he wants me to reconsider my decision...he dun wish me to leave...he said i have the potential and should stay on in the company...I asked him to give me time to think about it....
