My manager asked me into his office a few times to psycho me so that i will not leave. He asked me to take back the letter and he do not want to see it again...

I finally made up my mind to stay in the company and reject the job offer. I dun have the heart to dissappoint my manager and my AM...they really want me to stay...and i enjoy working here as well...only the location and they salary that made me want to leave...but since my manager counter the job offer. I decided to stay...
